Sub: Appointment of Common Adjudicating Authority

In terms of Notification No.15/2002-Customs (N.T.) dated 07.03.2002 ( as amended) issued under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby assigns the Show Cause Notice F.No.DRI/MZU/NS/INV-18/09-10 dated 14.10.2013 issued by Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Mumbai. Zonal Unit, Mumbai in the case of M/s Starlight Overseas, 2D/49, Opp Navrang Panchyti Gurudwara NIT, Faridabad, Haryana-121001 and others to the Commissioner of Customs and Central Excise, Delhi-IV, CGO Complex, NH-IV, Faridabad, Haryana-121001 for the purpose of adjudication.
