Tax-O-Legal was incepted in the year 2005. It has its Head Office at Ahmedabad and branches at Gandhidham and Jamnagar. In a short span, Tax-O-Legal has become a brand in itself.

Mr. Monish Bhalla voluntarily resigned from the Service Tax, Customs and Excise Department in a quest to become a part of the SOLUTION rather than becoming a part of the PROBLEM and started a Legal Consultancy in Indirect Taxation. Mr. Bhalla is an Expert in Service Tax. He is a prolific writer and has authored the book "Service Tax Clarification” He also has his own column with DNA- the newspaper. |

Mrs. Avani S. Mehta is renowned lawyer. She has been practicing in the Gujarat High Court since the past 17 years. She was also an Additional Central Government Counsel in the High Court of Gujarat. She has handled all sorts of cases of the Central Government including Central Excise, Customs, Service Tax, Constitutional matters etc. |
